The location was great, with exceptional customer service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. Mr. Kalam was super nice in helping us moved our luggages. Breakfast was also great with lots of food options. It’s all worth the price especially the free access to SOLUNA beach club. Thank you so much and more power.

It was amazing!! The next time I come to Dubai I will 100% be returning to this hotel . All the staff were fantastic and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had breakfast and dinner included and all meals were delicious. No problems! For entertainment, rhe singer was absolutely fantastic, her vocals were amazing !!! I would love to take this time to give a massive shoutout to specific staff . I apologise for misspelling any of your names. Thank you to Mariah the receptionist for keeping us informed about our room. Mariama the waiter, she was so lovely always happy to help and always smiling, Julius was also very kind and helpful, Al saeed- the concierge he was so funny and so kind, Rojana - the waiter so nice and attentive, Samarawit- the waiter at haze lounge, she was so welcoming and always happy to see us, Ashbarak - shopkeeper so lovely, helpful and very funny, he is always happy to help and always up for a great conversation. He has amazing souvenirs in his shop ! Oud, wallets, bags, abayas, scarfs so much more And also thank you to Ashraf, who made a lovely latte for my mum and I and who was so kind. Thank you to Omar, the taxi driver for being so lovely and showing us around the area and recommending all the good spots. Lastly, a massive thank you to all the cleaning staff on our floor. They were very helpful and so kind I would be very grateful for my gratitude of these amazing staff members to be passed on. Thank you very much !

The Wyndham TRYP is situated in Al Barsha Heights, a mixture of commercial and residential buildings, high rise but all is well spread out. It is about an 8-minute walk from the Metro (Dubai Internet City) and taxis are available from there (and the hotel) as well as Uber. There is a very good supermarket, a Carrefour Market, 3 minutes walk from the hotel side entrance plus another supermarket across from the entrance. Very useful for other provisions. The metro was not running at 100% speed during our stay, it was about an hour's transfer from the airport and around 35 minutes to Dubai Mall. The hotel has a modern feel to the reception area, not really a place for lingering but a place to organise and then transit. Rooms are calmer and comfortable. I was on the 10th floor, it was quiet - no road noise - and the room temperature was perfect. The air con was quiet and programmable. Bathrooms are not large but are functional. Over bath shower was OK. Plentiful hot water. The water pressure in the shower was not that powerful but fine. Room well stocked with tea, coffee and water and a fridge and safe. I could not get our TV to work but that was a minor thing. Breakfast was very varied, buffet style. Egg station for very good omelettes. We had taken the half board option (I was travelling with my son) because it had been offered on the 3rd party provider website for a small additional cost. This proved useful as we were out all day and it saved us having to think about finding a dinner location outside of the hotel. Much more relaxing. The hotel has a bar and prices seemed very keen. Staff are very helpful. I couldn't fault our stay - the quality for the price paid was excellent. I had seriously considered booking an apartment but was glad I hadn't. The hotel offered more convenience and for a very affordable price.
